All orders are fulfilled directly from our suppliers, so please review the estimated delivery times below — these reflect the full transit time from our supplier to your door in South Africa.
Shipping & Fulfillment
All PawGear SA orders are fulfilled directly from our trusted suppliers based in the USA, Europe, and China. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Please allow 1–5 business days for order processing and dispatch before shipment begins.

Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped from outside South Africa may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by SARS (South African Revenue Service). These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. PawGear SA has no control over these charges.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment. Please note that tracking updates may be delayed for international shipments while in transit.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, PawGear SA is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control.
